Checkout Policy

This policy helps set clear expectations for collectors purchasing through Art & Soul by Sonya.

Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise noted in writing.

Order Confirmation

After payment, you will receive a Stripe receipt. A follow-up email from Art & Soul will confirm piece availability and next delivery steps.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Shipping method and timeline are confirmed after checkout. Local pickup may be available for Arizona orders when arranged in advance.

Returns and Cancellations

Because each piece is original artwork, sales are generally final. If damage occurs during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it.
